How much does delivery cost?
Our optional standard delivery fee is $75, which includes delivery and pickup for all rentals within 25 miles of JL Events WNY. For all inflatables and our mobile golf simulator, this fee also includes professional setup and takedown. For locations beyond our standard service area, an additional $3 per mile is charged after the first 25 miles.

Our delivery team ensures your rental arrives on time and is ready for your event. Inflatables and the golf simulator are professionally setup and secured by our staff to ensure safe operation. For all other rental items, such as our concession machines and outdoor games, we provide delivery and pickup, along with any operating instructions you may need.
Can I pickup my rental instead of having it delivered?
Yes! Most of our rental items are available for customer pickup and return, and if you choose to pickup and return your rental, there is no delivery fee.

Please note that bounce houses, inflatable waterslides, and our mobile golf simulator are delivery-only rentals. These items require professional transportation, setup, and/or specialized equipment to ensure they are installed safely and operate properly.
What areas does JL Events WNY deliver party rentals to?
We proudly delivery party rentals throughout Western New York, including Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Amherst, Williamsville, Orchard Park, Hamburg, Lockport, North Tonawanda, Tonawanda, Cheektowaga, Grand Island, Lancaster, and all surrounding communities.

If you are unsure whether you are within our delivery area, simply shoot us a text at 716-401-6833. We regularly travel throughout Erie and Niagara Counties and are also able to accommodate locations beyond our standard delivery radius.
How far in advance should I reserve my bounce house or waterslide?
We recommend reserving your rental as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, graduation parties, school events, and summer dates.

Many of our most popular bounce houses, inflatable waterslides, golf simulators, and concession machines book several weeks, or even months, in advance.
Are your Bounce Houses & Concessions cleaned before every rental?
Absolutely!

Every rental item is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, disinfected, and inspected after every rental. We take cleanliness and safety seriously so every customer receives equipment that is ready for their event!
What happens if it rains?
Safety always comes first.
​
If severe weather such as heavy rain, high winds, thunderstorms, or lightning is expected, we will work with you to reschedule a rain-date. Rain dates are available 365 days from scheduled event and must be booked 30 days from the date of your canceled party. Failure to rebook within 30 days will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be given.

Inflatables should never be used during severe weather, and they must be evacuated immediately if weather conditions become unsafe.
Do I need to provide electricity?
Yes.

All our rentals require a standard 110-volt household electrical outlet. Our Ice Cream Machine needs a dedicated outlet and circuit breaker.

If your event location doesn't have access to electricity, don't worry, we also offer generator rentals to safely power your rental items. Generator rentals are a great option for parks, open fields, festivals, and other venues without nearby electricity.

In most cases, yes.

Slushy Machine: Machine only rental, can add on Slushy Mix for $35/gal
Margarita Bar: Yes, all ingredients and supplies are included with this rental.
Ice Cream Machine: Rental includes 1-Chocolate & 1-Vanilla Soft Serve Mix, Additional mixes can be added on for $45/each
Cotton Candy Machine: No, you can purchase bundles of sugar and cones on amazon.
Snow Cone Machine: Yes, all supplies needed are included with this rental.
How long is a rental?
Most rentals are priced as all-day rentals unless otherwise specified.

Rentals will be delivered between 7am-11am the day of your party and picked up 8pm-11pm. In some cases deliveries and pickups may be made up too 2 days in advance and 2 days after at no additional charge. You are responsible for the care of the rental as from the time it is delivered until the time it is picked up.
